Delivery & Returns

DOMESTIC/UK

Domestic orders will be delivered by Parcelforce or UPS. You should expect your parcel within 3-7 days. If you require express delivery, then please email emma@thecampbellcollection.co.uk to ensure your parcel arrives on time.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be delivered using DHL or UPS. If you're located in Mainland Europe, USA or Canada shipping will be calculated at checkout. For anyone located anywhere else please contact us for a shipping estimate.

Please allow up to two weeks for your delivery.

All recipients are responsible for import duties and taxes so please be aware of your local rates.

RETURNS

We only sell products that we are truly happy with. However if for some reason you decide you do not want to keep a TCC product we may be able to offer you a full refund within 15 days. Please email us to arrange a refund. Free returns are not included.
