Ordering

To place an order on this site you must be 18 years of age. When ordering we require you to provide us with certain personal information such as name, address, email and phone number. We also request payment details in the form of card number etc. The details provided must be valid and your own.

Prices & Availability

All prices and availability on this site are subject to change. While we take due care and attention to ensure the information provided on our site is up to date and correct The Campbell Collection Ltd holds no liability for errors. Should a conflict arise The Campbell Collection Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders.

Cancelations

You reserve the right to cancel or amend any orders within 24 hours of ordering. Where an order has been dispatched already your order can't be cancelled and a refund should be requested by following our returns policy. The Campbell Collection Ltd will not be held responsible for costs associated with shipping or any other costs incurred by you or any third party.

Product Description

All products are sold subject to the product description. Due care and attention has been taken to ensure the description is as accurate as possible based on our understanding of the product. Due to the hand crafted nature of our products variations and irregularities of each product are expected. If you're unhappy with your product please follow our returns policy and procedure.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you under these terms and conditions will not exceed the total value of the products ordered. The Campbell Collection Ltd shall be responsible for loss of income, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any waste of time. We will not be liable for any defect in the goods arising from: fair wear and tear; wilful damage; accident; negligence by you or any third party; your using the goods in a way that we do not recommend; your failing to follow our instructions; or from any alteration or repair you carry out. We accept no liability for any dissatisfaction you may experience as a result of the goods as you are deemed to have satisfied yourself of the nature and type of goods to be purchased before placing an order with us.

Events Beyond Our Control

We cannot be held liable if events that are beyond our control affect our ability to meet these terms. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver our products, but we may extend our delivery times in these circumstances. Such events include (but not limited to) industrial, civil, military or terror action, fire, natural disaster, interruption of transport or communication networks, and failure by our suppliers to supply the goods to us. If we have been unable to overcome such an event within 4 weeks we are entitled to cancel your order providing a full refund and without any further penalty.

We reserve the right to vary or withdraw these terms from time to time as we see fit.
